The Retrofitting for Resilient and Sustainable Buildings (RRSB) facility will be designed and operated as a world-class environmentally sustainable building and will be an industry exemplar. The new facility will deliver evidence-based practice in sustainable building technologies and design for Australian conditions. The RRSB is one of only four NSW projects announced in June by the Federal Government in its latest round of the Education Investment Fund (EIF). The new facility will be housed in a state-of-the-art building with the maximum Green Star rating of six.
